Simpson Strong-Tie THASR422 Installation Overview
- Use all specified fasteners.
- Factory skewed to 22 1/2°; can be field skewed up to 75°.
- Fill all triangle holes for 22 1/2° skew installations.
- Fill fastener holes in the bottom of the hanger seat.
- Field-form straps over the header for top flange installations.
- For face-mount installations, use the lowest holes for carrying member fasteners.
