Simpson Strong-Tie ETB230A-SCRB Installation Overview
- Use all specified fasteners as per guidelines.
- Rout a 3/8" deep pocket into the side of the supporting beam for the lower plate.
- Install the lower plate with 16d hot-dip galvanized nails (not included).
- Attach the horseshoe plate to the supported beam end using the supplied SCRB screws at a downward angle.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened and aligned.
